Since David’s undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, he has worked in Fortune 500 companies, privately-held companies, and has two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, starting up several companies, and successfully exiting these. David thrives in team environments and enjoys the opportunity to improve results by working with people at all levels wherever improvement is needed. He believes that all things begin and end with both leadership and personal engagement between leader and follower. He earned his Ph.D. in Organization and Leadership Sciences from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
